Systems are supported through remote 24-hour monitoring, and monthly heating and electrical performance reports are produced monthly. The O&M service covers both scheduled and unscheduled outages. For systems including CHP, the monitoring reports meet the UK CHPQA requirements. Customer responsibility for operation and maintenance is minimised allowing capital and resource to be focused on key business activities.
